A bit about me: I’m mixed‑race born in Halab (syria), part of the LGBT+ community, and I’m neurodiverse. Because of this, I’m very aware of how identity, belonging and difference shape our experiences. It’s important to me that my space feels welcoming, inclusive and sensitive to all the layers that make you who you are, including disability and the ways it can affect everyday life.
When we work together, it’s really just a conversation — one where you’re listened to, taken seriously, and never judged. I use a mix of approaches, but you don’t need to understand any of them. All it means is that I adapt the way I work so it suits you, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular style of therapy.
I’m committed to trauma‑informed practice, which simply means I work gently, respectfully and with a focus on safety. For many people, counselling becomes the first place where something can finally be said out loud, and I hold that with care. I often work with survivors of sexual abuse, neurodiverse clients and anyone living with trauma, helping them make sense of their emotional and physical responses without pressure or expectation.
At the heart of my work is helping people reconnect with their resilience, find their voice and rediscover parts of themselves that may have felt pushed aside or silenced. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma, identity questions or relationship difficulties, my aim is to offer a space where you can understand your experiences more clearly and feel more connected to who you are.
